Return Merchandise Authorizations

All returns must be returned with an RMA. Items returned without and RMA will be lost in astock room and will NOT be issued credit.

To obtain an RMA please contact Customer Service and they will issue you a ReturnAuthorization (RMA) number.

Only defected items are issued a UPS return label. All non defected items are returned at thecustomers expense with the RMA provided.


How to prepare your item for return

Write your RMA number on your shipping label and affix to shipping carton. If the shippingcarton is the original manufacturer packaging, DO NOT WRITE anything on the originalpackaging of the product. The products must be in resalable condition, with no defacing of theoriginal packaging, to receive credit.

All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Unless the product is damaged, defected or an USAOffice Supplies shipping error. See below

ecosglam Shipping Error- Obtain an RMA number (above). We apologize for anyerrors caused by ecosglam and will gladly take the product back, as long as you makeyour claims for Shipping Errors within five (5) working days of delivery of goods.

Ordering Errors- Obtain an RMA number (above). We are happy to take back product orderedin error and we assess a 20% restocking charge for this service. Returns must be in the originalpackaging and factory sealed where applicable. If the product is not received in re-sellablecondition, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Defective Returns - Obtain an RMA number (above). Defective and DOA shipped within 30days of original invoice to an address specified on the RMA. To ensure proper credit to youraccount, all defective products must be returned in its original carton with ALL original pieces,packing materials and manuals.
